Who We Are

In 1989, with a well-established background in laminate fabrication, my Dad and I bought a 3000 sq ft warehouse and along with my future brother in-law Andy Bilton, we built a factory.

Duncan Reeds was born, and we started on a journey creating a company that has grown into a dynamic operation spanning three full production facilities in West Sussex, Manchester and Kidderminster with a production and storage space of over 78,000 sq feet.

We are still family owned and, more importantly, family run. As we grew, my sister, my wife and my son have become integral parts of the business operation too.

We opened our second factory in Manchester in 1997, adding a further 17000 sq ft to our production capabilities and then most recently, we expanded to the midlands with the acquisition of a third, 15000 sq ft, factory in Kidderminster. Ensuring that we can fully service the whole UK efficiently.

As a family, our people make us who we are. We recruit and retain a dedicated team of expert, qualified professionals into our family to work across the entire operation, guaranteeing the very best craftsmanship in our manufacturing processes. Although we have expanded and grown, most of team have been with us for many years and continue to be part of family.

Investing in our plants has also been a vital part of our success – we ensure that we have the most up-to-date, leading-edge machinery and IT technologies to service the diverse demands of our clients.
